hey! i am apollo, resident internet cat. if we're hanging out, i'm likely doing a really stupid joke. by day i am a software engineer, and by night i am an amateur musician, dabbling in other artforms also whenever fate calls upon my name. i grew up on the internet and i like thinking of it as my home to some degree, so i consider myself a digital soul of some variety. the internet can be cool as hell so lets preserve it!

to many i could be considered a music nerd. this started relatively later in my life than most people, as i only started becoming actively interested in music in 2020, just before i turned 19. how late indeed! my main genre of interest is definitely rock, especially when it gets a little crazy and progressive, but i do dig a lot of different other types too
i have also been known to play video games, which i have on good authority as being a very niche interest(!). unlike music this has been a lifelong interest of mine, beginning all the way back with flash games, roblox and club penguin in 2008. i was very invested in counter strike followed by osu! for many years, and nowadays i'm slowly catching up on classics as well as playing some hype new indie releases
